Guest gladdo Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Hi All, Well yesterday sunday 7 th november 2010 was a great day as the ban imposed by Cabra R.P.C against me was lifted by the I.H.U Irish Homing Union ... I had previously recieved a ban of the last 4 young bird races , all old birds 2011 and a 200 euro fine and im delighted that I got a fair hearing and justice prevailled and the ban has been lifted and also the majority of the votes also in my favour ... That was roughly around 20 weeks ban and 200 euro fine for flying 2 birds that were not transferred into my name .. A lesson learned ,,, previously a member done the same thing and he won the race and only got 2 week suspention and no fine ...the 2 birds in question never even showed up ... So to all members keep on top of your transfers and sort that all out please to avoid this miscap ...Id some sleepless nights..Great news as justice . I hope nobody off here makes same mistake . I made a massive mistake but just wanted to be treated fairly like other members . I must say Pascal and seamus dealt with all cases in such a very professional matter ( very fair ). Regards Gladdo ( Mikey Dublin, Irland ) Also no longer ill be posting any results of Cabra R.P.C ( Hope you understand )
Guest IB Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I've locked the thread meantime. As far as I understand an Appeal is final and binding on all parties. Therefore anything said against it is out of order.
