Guest Grasshopper Lofts Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Can any one tell me the best way to darken a single section with a false mesh ceiling and a dowled front first time on darkness this year if i can get on it in time any advice would be great.
Guest Grasshopper Lofts Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 use some curtains or a roller blind is that on roof and front phil will it not cut off all the ventilation
Guest Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 use some curtains or a roller blind you will have to much dust on these,i use thin ply wood and ive always had fans in loft to take out the stail :-/air.
pjc Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 I would make a slideing ceiling from thin ply with an air gap between and the blind at the front only covers your windows and doesn't cover the vents. Darkness is creating dusk and not a complete blackout, your are creating a restfull state for the birds.
