hi every1 can you tell me wen i should put a ring on birds wen younger they hatched yestoday so wen would it be okay to put a ring on them

It depends on your family - youngster's body can look big sitting in nest, yet feet small; and seen smallish looking bodies with biggish feet. Best to check from 5 days onwards. Need to judge it too, put on too early, ring is likely to come back off, too late and you'll struggle to get ring on.
