Found Bird

This bird has been living in my garden for the past few days. It has a green rubber ring on it's left leg and red and blue rings on the other. There are some tiny letters that I cannot read but large letters read TEE 6025.It is eating ok and doesn't seem to be injured. Any idea of where it's from?

its from Teeside if you catch it it may have a stamp on it's wing with telephone number in order to report it to its owner you have to get the full ring number and keep the bird contained
