Benzing G2 Ets Help

Anyone use this system? I have a basic club system and the laptop cant connect. I have checked and changed leads still no joy. A blue light flashes and a beep is heard and thats it, blue light then goes off. Have tried the syatem configurator but cannot connect thru any port (COM1 or COM3).

 

Any help appreciated.

I cant connect the basic club unit to the laptop. Its via a RS232 lead, have checked lead and seems ok.

hello. i can configure these clocks over the internet for you. i have a dedicated remote support website specilizing in mainly computer repairs. but as i have 1 of these benzing express g2 clocking sytems i came to realise how hard they are to configure.

will be a port com problem you will have to configure a port to it otherwise tell it where to go to to find it any probs contact me via pm
