Stray Pigeon

Looks very like 'Ronny' in the photograph on the home page for this site. Pigeon has two rings, the one on its left foot is red rubber. This pigeon will not let us capture it!

if you can catch it and maybe get the ring number and publish it on here i'm sure some one will be able to help. Try a cardboard box balanced on a stick at one end tie some string to the stick and place some food ie sunflower hearts or garden bird seed under the box try making a small trail to a pile under the box and when the bird goes under pull the string so that the box falls on the bird. sorry if this sounds like me teaching you to suck eggs but only with the ring number and the bird contained can we help. all the best and good luck
