ordered some stuff from b&d on the 11/7/10 they called me to say they did not

have any of the 6 items i ordered and would i take replacements, i said yes, i

e-mailed them on the 18/7/10 to tell how disgruntled i was that they didn't even

reply to my e-mail ,i phoned again on the 26/7/10 and i was told the order had

been sent out on the 20/7/10 by royal mail and they would try to trace it . to

date i have heard nothing not even a phone call.i should have taken in what some

of the guy's said on here about them.so everyone be warned stay clear{i will}

SHOULD HAVE LISTENED WULLIE. I WARNED YOU AND SEVERAL OTHERS ALONG WITH OTHER MEMBERS. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WILL DO US ALL A FAVOUR WHEN THEY GO BUMP

tuck the words out of my mouth why use them when you can go to the likes of murray and mills or taylor choice to me the best 2 shops around in my eyes anyway good customer skills fast delivery dont have to wait months for your orders as well as good prices.

its a pity about B&R as they are a long time suplier with pigeon experiance, and always looked good at Blackpool, its always good to have competition but expeience in the fancy gose a long way,

i agree it's a pity i have dealt with them for over 25 years but

same happened for me was getting stuff for old guy i know and still not got 1 mth later
