kraftykev Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 Hi all can anyone help My wife let a stray pigeon into my loft today thinking it was one of mine. When i walked down the garden all i could hear was a load croaking sound. when i looked into the loft this pigeon was panting very fast and making a croaking sound. Cheers Kevin a pigeon can at times make a croaking sound if its been flying fast when scared..especially when hot conditions are happening.you mention the sound has now stopped?..see if it does it tomorrow..always best to seperate from your birds any bird entering the loft.
