To be brief, you train your young birds no more than 15 miles. When they are beating you home liberate them in 6s, next time 4s next time 2s, twice a day. Feed 50% rice and 50% Golden Boost. Thats basically it.

Theres no 1 way or "best way" in this game, everyone does something a bit different, just the top lads are doing it better than us ordinary fliers. No secrets its just a case of finding birds that love their home, have the ability to fly the distances you want them too and then youve got to keeep them as healthy as possible and motivate them to hurry up!!!

Its a long road to the top thats why the top lads are there, but dont ever think "1 size suits all" cos it dont!!!

The lads are right ou pick up more off here than an system for a tenner!!!
