Found Pigeon Ring Number Gb08N10915

Have found a pigeon in the carpark at work down in Broadstairs Kent it has a ring on right leg with the number GB08N10915 it has no stamps on the wings it is contained and now safe.

I know nothing about racing pigeon so any help would be most grateful as i would like to rehome it with its owner

Thanks for that i have emailed RPRA yesterday but have not had a reply as yet and as the weekend is here i start to worry more as i cant take it home so he will have to hold up in the storeroom but will come in to feed and water and clean
