Hi i have pigeons like that in the uk, mine are of mixed fancy breeding mostly saxon breast crosses with some tippler/tumbler thrown in to give them the sumersaulted flight pattern  :) like you i have no idea under what umbrella as far as type thease birds fall in to, the fanciers round here call them tumblers and  keep them as droppers for there race birds, i started keeping them as a child as my father thought they were more child friendly and they were a way of keeping my away from the race birds  ;D thease days i have 12 - with 10 having a life of leisure and 2 acting as droppers each season

 

The brown youngster is lovely, looks exactly like the old lady of my loft, who will be  24 this year (she was my 1st pigeon as a child, and is still with us)
