Hey Rosie.

Some of it is management and some is the family. Try switching a few birds right before you kick the out. Thats a temp solution. If they are really young they just need sky time. Kitting is an instinct with rollers. Breed the best kitters when you pick breeders. Always best to best. Another solution is to darken the kit box a little and keep them in a day or two. Be careful with the feed or you might crash a few. Box em up and take em down the road a few hundred yards.Try a variety of things and keep em on ehtier toes for a few weeks and they should get better.
