THERE USED TO BE A WOMAN ON THE ROAD  COMING OUT OF BRIGHTON TOWARDS HASTINGSN  I THINK USED TO HAVE LOADS OF  FANTAILS SPRAYED ALL DIFFERENT COLOURS MADE YOU LOOK TWICE...................

no it used to be quite commen at one time. dont know what they used think it was more a dye they used rather than paint

dove yr fantails r nice....how much do they go for..?

Hi would sell them in pairs for £30, they are 2006 birds just had their first clutch, or you can wait till I see if their eggs hatch

Not at the moment but I will have shortly, they won't be show fantails, they will be similar to the one in your profile, plenty eggs waiting to see what happens, if you want white shows you have to cross and keep breeding the colour out of them unfortunately takes time and patience,

How can one tell between the diffrences of a bham roller n a normal...without flying it..etc..

 

just by looking,,  what should i look for...

sorry 4 all the ? am trying to build up my loft...n wanna learn as much as i

Birmingham is appx 10-12 oz bird. Round head,smooth aerodynamically shaped bird. about 8-8 1/2 inches base of neck to tip of tail,12 tail feathers. Tail should flex up to 90 degree angle or better when you rock the bird in your hand. Coloration runs from blue bars to almond and opal. The best way to know if you have birminghams is to fly them and watch the performance. Just takes exerience mate.
