Just a quick question really what do other members do to prepare there bird for the races across the channel ?

 

i see its under feeding tropicman,, ,, my thoughts are on feeding for the channel races would depend on where you were situated,, i,e distance etc,, in scotland the races would be well over 500 miles,, but nearer the south coast a good bit less, so the feeding , in my opinion would differ,, but wherever your situated, the main thing is fitness

as stated in earlier post depends on the distance involved and estimated time on wing , but as a rule races with 10 hours plus on wing youmust introduce the fat content 4to5 days prior to basketing
