hi all

       as you know we havnt had much luck in breading our modenas as yet, well they gone down again and this time we have put the eggs under our racers so should be fine this time, well heres hopeing lol will let you know how we go.

when you say you have had no luck, what do you mean?........have they hatched?...perhaps been spread legged?.......or just died?....

 

The reason I ask is because they are a big bird...perhaps they are sitting the nest 'too tightly'.............I have had this with large Belguim birds.......and using a floater to hatch the eggs under is probably a better idea...........

 

the problem comes when trying to co-inside the floaters to lay at the same time!!!
