Guest Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 Just heard a rumour that after all the contraversy over the show getting support from the NPA that NPA certificates will be on offer.Either way it is still very important that this show is supported, you know the saying use it or loose it so get entering,it's a cracking weekend and alot of people have put alot of work into it.
DOMINIQUE Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 It really is worth a visit to see some of the vastly different breeds on show.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 WHATS THE IMPORTANCE OF THE NPA CERTIFICATES ?
klinkley Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 WHATS THE IMPORTANCE OF THE NPA CERTIFICATES ? If one bird manages to win five NPA certs under four different judges then the bird becomes a champion of its breed. Unfortunately, there are many fanciers whom won't support a show if NPA Certs aren't on offer. I personally think that if the classes you enter your birds into are full up with quality birds and you manage to win a card then that is an achievement. If you are able to win a colour class or best of breed then you feel on top of the world. Whether or not NPA Certs are on offer at Blackpool is irrelevant to me, I shall still be showing my birds there.
Guest Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 Both myself, and my mum will be showing our pigeons again this year, just hope its not the same room light was awful last year. Steph
