One Scots delicacy I've never tried: Deep fried mars bar & chips  (not a wind-up      )

 

 

One delicacy I miss thanks to demise of Scots Italian Chippy: Special Fish Supper. Still get pale versions, but the Suppers from the two chippies in Mossend, Clydesdale Road and Main Street during the 60's, were second to none. Batter was something again.
