I've access to the Scottish Executive intranet. Was reading who had submitted what on the Animal Health & Welfare Bill currently before parliament. Parts of it involve people who keep 'animals' defined as all vertebrates i.e. all creatures with a backbone, which obviously includes domestic animals and birds. No submission on our behalf by SHU.
