Sajfos Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 Hello All. Great Forum . I am considering using Pea Straw as a Deep Litter for my next years Young Birds . I have a few questions if any member has the experience . 1/In the case of an infection in the loft does the Straw harbour the bacteria/virus etc / 2/ How would I disinfect the Litter in the above case . 3/ Is it advisable to put a layer os Stalosan beneath the Straw etc ? 4/ Where would I obtain Pea Straw in the North West of England ? Any answers would be greatfully received, Steve .
