I should get my dvd and books today I'll whack a review up so any novices will know if they are worth gettinfg or not. Perhaps thats an idea for the forum we could have a reviews section containing reviews of supplements, products, services, books, dvds etc submitted by members would help other members when it comes to buyimng stuff

well got my dvd Hints, tips and advice by John Halstead from Murray Mills. Good dvd as a whole watched it last night with the old man who yapped all the way through.
