a feeding programme for widow hood cocks is pretty difficult to explain , but the main facts would be the distances you would intend to fly, but there are some great books , articles etc on this, covering most distances, i think you would get some great advice from the writtings of jack barkel  :)

this is the first time i have tried widowhood they will be flying up to 350 miles

;DHi Ferry , i done widowhood last year first time . took most instructions from a book and didnt do so well to start . i asked my cousin who lives and flies well local to me and done better . find a good fancier in tay area who does well with widowhood and find their feeding programme , it will be more relevant to you ....... best of luck
