I put mine into the water - thinks its 15ml per 2 litres (would have to check though).

just to let you all know Cytacon B12 you get from the Chemist is being discontinued.

You can still get it from the back of the BHW and the likes of boddy and ridewood, not necesserily Cytacon, but still vit B12

Paul, I get it my arm every couple of months and the wife cannot get me down from the roof. Good Stuff Cytacon I used it for years for the birds but preffered Chevita Multivitam B12 on a thursday night. Cheers Alf Rothwell

Minidex is an orange flavoured multivitamin mostly used for children.

Dosage =2 level teaspoons to 3 pints of water Mon..Wed.… Frid.
