very good peckedhen, interesting, i think the one on the video is a hooded crow, the ones which go for the pigeons are carrion crows, they are the ones with the long black beak, many thanks good picture,

ive seen them nail a yb in the sky [the carion crows ] but being bothered bad with hawks lately , yesterday watched a pair of crows ward away a hen sparrowhawk, way in to the distance , then the pair of crows returned to the big tree at the back of me, [looks as though theve just settled there] so far theve not bothered the birds , but was surprised at the viciousnessof the crows warding off that hawk in mid air, so i think now that the crows are the best of two evils :)
