Guest Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 hi, just had delivered by the world famous reliable service...coff coff...amtrak..2.30pm wot was that they(amtrak) say about delivery b4 12 noon? the birds i had were from dave stone from nether heage belper in derbyshire, as i speak as i find...these birds i have from him are right crackers.they are cock and hen and lovely to handle. my m8 had birds from him last winter and they bred for him not 1 but 2 fed toppers from the same nest!! the 1 bird topped the welsh north road fed with birdage of 6,774 and then 2 weeks later that bird and its nest m8 came home together to become 1st and 3rd fed 4,591 birds...but for clocking the other bird 1st ..the one cock would have topped the fed twice in 3 weeks the 1st fed topper having already scored 4 1st club ..both youngbirds this year. i know this as fact because im the secretary of that club and the owner being my best m8..coincidentely he(ray lambert)...of lambert and davies fame only started back in the sport in youngbirds. so this is just a thankyou to dave stone for the birds i recieved from him ty dave ...paul :)
