with many top flyers getting all the recognition in the club who do u feel in ur club gets no glory but keeps ur club going by doing more then their fair share of club duties  name them here so at least they may see it and know that they are appreciated!....paul

Our club sec, he has worked so hard during the closed season,

sorting out everthing from diplomas, sorting out trophys ingraving

all on top of moving club hq ,

and  he is also involved with the fed as well.

 

PLUS A BIG WELL DONE TO ALL THE CLUB MEMBERS AS EVERYONE

HELPS IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

to me its yhe workers ov the clubs there everyweek

never get any thanks for the hard work they put in

then you get the people who want to win and do nothing

to support the club but want all the recognishion

sounds like most clubs i think?

on a personell basis the number one unsung hero in any club is the secy we only get to see what he does on a friday no one ever thinks of the work he does behind the scenes he is the main stay of most clubs and a thankless job at that.three cheers for all secys.

i think the unsung heroes have to be those members that send week in week out and for a number of years without winning a card race or anything,as without these memeber there couldnt be a club

i know for certain how it is for the sec as ive been the sec for a few yrs....voted back in again for 2007,i dont mind the hard work when it comes but ur right sammy,the secs ,s job is a thankless one....paul
