i dont know if i understand breeding pigeons fully.. my mating season starts next week, im wondering, ok lets say i have a white hen a red hen and a black cock and a gray cock, now i put the red hen and the black cock together and the gray cock and the white hen i let them have eggs and then let the match the eggs, now next i wont to breed then the opisit the red hen to the gray cock and the black cock to the white hen. how do i do this, becouse i know whan the young are 2 weeks old they lay another batch off eggs how do i prevent this from happening, becouse i dont wont two sets off young from the red hen and the black cock i wont to pair up the red with the gray next? i hope u understand my question!!

p.s. i dont ecualy have a red hen i just made up some coloures. :)

Take the hens out of nest with one of the young birds put on floor with some straw at 14 days. so you will have two hens on floor with two young ones and two cocks in nest with one young each.
