Sorry for hijacking the thread, but ive read the article and dont understand the term 'prey'? What do they do? attack the bird? Or are they similar to theif pouters and attract birds?

Yeah, it's probably not the best word, but they don't attack them, just try to lure them home with the promise of good food and a warm nest.  ;)

prey i believe is a term for any other pigeon flying they attract them back to there place ;)

Ok thanks for clearing that up lol  ;) i thought it must of had some hawk or BOP in the breed or else  :P
