What do you guys think of my gnome, he is about 2' tall!! He's almost as old as me, been in the family for years. I named him Ken after the sandwich man that comes into our work! He's an absolute ringer for him! Painted Ken (the gnome) meself, note the red n white striped paving stone he sits upon! C'mon Sunderland!

i use to train mine 50 miles. but not now i train 20 miles at the most now and away they go seem to be ok they race better at training 20 miles i think
