jordanp31 Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 hi I have a 1 section 6x4ft loft with a 6x2ft avery. At the moment i have got 7 tumblers in it but i would like to get some racers. I deffinatly dont want to dispose of them because i have enjoyed keeping them for 3 years. I wondered if they would break to a new loft if i build one about 2 meters away from there current one??? Has anyone ever had this problem if so what do you think i should do????
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 you will be able to break them to a new loft in your garden from that distance without any problems
jordanp31 Posted April 15, 2007 Author Report Posted April 15, 2007 cheers for the advice tammy... do you think that they will go back to the old pen??? how long would you say to keep them in for???
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted April 15, 2007 Report Posted April 15, 2007 cheers for the advice tammy... do you think that they will go back to the old pen??? how long would you say to keep them in for??? as you are only moving them across your garden I would not keep them in , just make sure you only feed them in your new loft and they will soon learn thats where they are getting fed, when they are out shut the old loft as long as you can and they will start to go in the new one , any that dont , let them back in and take them out straight away and feed them in their new pen
