i train my widowhood birds twice a week i dont think they need any more than that because they should fly the sky down round the loft if they are in peak condition

never train during racing unless there really of the edge

for shorter racing a couple of short tosses , but really if they can fly an hour on their own accord and range [dissaper for a while] they would be bang on :) :)without training    if you keep training w hood cocks they wont do this
