pigeon bird Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 can anyone suggest, a cat repeller that actually works, have tried most things no joy, does having your own cat keep cats out your garden would appreciate any advice thanks
THE FIFER Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 yes 100% is the scarecrow one which connects to a water tap, and gives a burst of water which soaks anything coming in its area, cats only get this once and dont come back. from BOddy and Ridewood they are £55, i got one last year, but got another 2 last week from the price drop programme on tv yes wait for it £4-99 plus £7 carraige, thats why i got 2, u can join them all together if u have a large area but one is enough for most gardens, they have a censour on them but they are great just make sure u have them off when go into the area i set mine so i can swithch it off from the back, but i assure u cats hate them, they get a bath .

Bluedoo Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 I bought a hand held Dazer at Blackpool, used it twice, certainly makes the cats scarper, and haven't seen them back. Not sure what the range is , but it worked at about 10 metres. I was a bit sceptical at first.
