i do the same just before they are fully featherd they will be feed in the nest by putting a pot of food in there pen and as so as they are eating well they will be parted i find that helps

They are all individuals...so whenever they are ready,could be 22 days,could be 30 days,like to make sure they are feeding and drinking for a couple of days before.
