Might sound stupid questions ;D

1. If i have some young birds this year and breed off them next year will i be able to race the old bird races next year with the birds that i will have this year???

2. Do you split the sexes up over the winter on the natural system???

Hi Jordan, you will be able to breed off your yearlings next year before the racing begins, and you will also be able to race your yearlings, breeding season comes first, then racing.

Best you split the sexes September / October time & over the winter. Makes it a bit easier to pair them up again.
