my son has just started to take interest in pigeons. i have set him up with ateam of young birds to have a go at racing this year.

Yes, there should be clubs for the young fanciers from under 16's to 21 years old...

The Club was founded in 1986 and was and still is affiliated to the National Pigeon Association  (NPA )and the rules are that from age 7-17 you are a Juvenile older than that obviously Adult . So in the NPA A Young fancier is aged 7-17. The forum on the site is open to all ages, you just need to register.
