yeah but if you sell a bird or give bird and you dont transfew it dont moan and freten to report the guy who race it he done no wrong realy they are his birds, if you report him and the rpra finds out you gave him the birds they will hold you as well as him as equal  for not transfewing the birds and both will cop it

i think you will find it is up to the buyer to transfer the birds so he or she can race them ! check the rule book peruzielofts.

well i will say there are 2 people that post on here , 1 of them i swapped 2 fantails for a pair of birds (i still havent recieved transfer 1 year later , the other i had 3 birds from as squeakers and i am still iting for transfers ,all i got  from second person was yea i will send transfer soon

:-/ well im my opion  if ya giving birds away or even saleing them thay should aways go with a transfere paper. saves all this disagrement among freinds & fanciers.or could it be to much trouble to put one in the the post. or in the bottom of the box  with the birds if going via amtrax ect, surly ya know the rules as much as the fly ya gave the birds to :-/ :-/ all ya have to do is fill your bit in ie loft number  birds rings, sign it,ect the rest is left to the other owner then  :-/ same as him flying it hes a fool for not compling with the rules, if the  bird get reported lost lol ya the one that hads to retreive it, cause it belongs to you???? lol cause  it still in your name .well im  not saying know more  :-/ Speck ;D
