I don't know exactly where you live in Seattle but Tacoma is not far. There is a store called Tradewinds thar sells pigeon feed and supplies and all sorts of bird stuff. It is a nice place to visit and ask questions as pigeon flyers own it. Also they have combine meetings there which would be a good way to meet flyers in your area. We have a meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 8th @1 pm, at Tradewinds, to discuss the upcoming bird ordinance that the Pierce County council will be voting on February 14th. Councilman Dick Muri will be here and we are unsure whether Roger Bush will make it or not. This meeting is going to be for the members of the AU. We have a different meeting scheduled for Wednesday Feb. 1st @ 1:30 pm for other interested parties. There is strength in numbers so all are welcome.

I didn't know either Hyacinth till I checked out the meeting info for Astropigeon. I don't attend them but I have heard they they usually have good speakers at their meetings. Maybe the next one would be of more interst to Astropigeon than city ordinances.
