when i had my letter from the councle saying that someone had complained about my birds, i emailed the manager of the rpra, i gave them my adress and phone number, and asked for some advise about what i could do about this. but i did not receive any advise from them what so ever its a good job that i got it sorted myself. i thought the rpra was there to help us at times when we are haveing probs,well thanks rpra i know where to call next time. I DONT THINK SO.
