phillips Posted July 25, 2007 Report Posted July 25, 2007 WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK ABOUT RACING YBS IN THIS WEATHER ARE WE BETTER TO TRAIN WHEN ITS NICE WEATHER SO WEVE GOT BIRDS FOR NEXT SEASON OR DO WE THROW EM ALL AWAY ?
paddymac Posted July 25, 2007 Report Posted July 25, 2007 Like you say phillips, do we throw them away in this weather ? The point is, that they are only babies and you certainly would'nt send your own children out in the current conditions, be patient and they will reward you in years to come.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted July 26, 2007 Report Posted July 26, 2007 Don't think anybody deliberately races young birds in bad weather, but sometimes when they are racing they are ultimately at some point in time going to encounter bad weather and sometimes you don't expect the weather to have changed so quick from good to bad in a short space of time as seems to be the case now, weather is almost totally unpredictable now.
