PigeonMaster Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 I live in Connecticut,I want to let my Pigeons fly but I have Redtail Hawks bird eying my Coop ,does anyone know how to get rid of the Hawks ? Thanks
Guest Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 Pigeon Master, I think you will find that the Red tailed Hawk presents no serious threat to your pigeons, they are far too slow, the only time they could take one is a baby is sat in a tree or on the ground. In fact Red Tails are very territorial and will keep other raptors at bay. This is my 7th season flying in the states and I've never had problems with Red Tailers. Good Luck
