Pigeon Master,

 

I think you will find that the Red tailed Hawk presents no serious threat to your pigeons, they are far too slow, the only time they could take one is a baby is sat in a tree or on the ground.

 

In fact Red Tails are very territorial and will keep other raptors at bay.

 

This is my 7th season flying in the states and I've never had problems with Red Tailers.
