deanbruton Posted August 14, 2007 Report Posted August 14, 2007 CONTINENTAL RACING BACK ON! Tuesday 14th August 07 1600 hrs We have just been advised that the continental racing ban, in the main, has been lifted and DEFRA will licence races from the continent but excluding Germany and the Moselle region of France. I have not as yet seen the specific licence conditions but I am told by DEFRA that the liberations scheduled for North West France can now go ahead until further notice. Any organisation wishing to change their race programmes to take advantage of young bird racing from France should contact the Racing Support team by e mail ideally with their requests (lindasmith@rpra.org or donnarees@rpra.org ) or telephone 01452 858244 or 245 regards Peter Bryant
geronimo Posted August 14, 2007 Report Posted August 14, 2007 I take it that the 2 week rule has also been rescinded? Otherwise it will be silly sending to Guernsey one week then not being able to send them back the next, especially if its a blow home and you live in the beautiful south.
