Being a newbie can someone explain why members  should have the authority or the resoning behind threads being locked bearing in mind the General Board is anything pigeon related.

Had the same when I joined

The webmaster and his team of moderators basically control the site forum, they have the power to lock, move, edit, ect the threads and posts

Ultimately the power lies with the webmaster but like all good directors he backs up his managers

Some may think it's bias, cliquish, unfair and some the opposite, I think you will make up your own mind in time
