Hi there, notice both are Omega-3 products. My understanding is that Omega-3 'fats' need to be fed in balance with Omega-6 'fats', at a ratio of 1:4. Omega-6 I think are mainly vegetable 'fats', main source oil-rich seeds.

Wondered what oil seeds you used?

George: How do you get your birds that tame?  I used to use a feeding board but now I use a feeder. I think I should go back to the board seems like you got to keep them plenty hungary.      On the subject of cod liver oil I put it in the feed the night before to penatrate the seeds and give the next morning I give during the moult!!!      jimbobboy
