Yes Paul, I've not been to the rugby club for a sale, though used to frequent there , my sister in law was the only female secreatary of a top flight club, though I never thought they were top class!! Hope the dad out law doesn't see this cause he used to play for them and he'd want to thump me !! And don't no one offer to pay him :o ;D

Used to be in the Ironsides as you probably know, I'll be up in Atlee way.

2 CANS OF COKE ANT,I ONLY WENT FOR A NOSE AROUND AND A CHAT.THERE WAS A LOT OF THE TOP FLYERS THERE.THE BIRDS WERE IN GOOD NICK AND LOOKED THE PART. THE KAREL BOECKX LOOKED A LOVELY RACY TYPE,AND WERE SNAPPED UP SHARPLY.

hi went to the sale very good turn out like rob said,bid on a quite a few birds...but were outbid,put a price on them and never went over.

i bought two of the caniffs stock birds,both same way bred hens.02 and 03hens

i had two  direct out of the £1000 cock x with 7th national thurso hen which had won thurso twice in the club.whose parents were donkere red daniel  and daniella direct daughter of daniel..57 x 1sts.on the cocks side,and another thurso winner on the dams side.

these birds handled lovely and i paid £100 and £65 each...very pleased with them..as some same way bred went for more.

i left with about 20-30 birds to go...been there 4hrs....paul
