We use it 2-3 times a week, 5ml per litre of drinking water, we also add some to the bath water, cheapest source in asda etc

I use a conditioner made by patagron(think spelt right :-/) sold by slough corns.  This is cider vinegar based.  Give ybs from weaning to end of racing 5 days a week other two days vitamins and ecocure.  So never normal water.  Never had yb sickness

Use at least two days every week, but I also mix it with garlic so that they are both used at once in the water, used to use them seperately but was given advice by Chrissy to mix up some crushed garlic in water the night before and then put it in along with cider vinegar the next morning in water that had been standing all night, so this is what I  do all the time now and they drink it no problem at all.

you can use cider vinegar 2 ,, 3 times a week , a good aid to various health probs , but , but many of us use too much additives to water [in my opinion] cider vinegar, garlic , vitamins and many more other things theyll want to steal your money from in blackpool ;D,, i find garlic quite sufficient.

chopped up, put in a lemonade bottle filled with warm water [not boiling, youll break the bottle ;D] no boiling it takes the good out the alicin in the garlic,,,,,but cider vinegar ,, no harm

I use it a lot more during off season than when recing make sure you go yo health food store and get the kind with live cultures
