we do use G10s , think it help the babies when parents are feeding them,, not cheap though,,,

As chichichi says i also use G10 pellets from gem products. I have also used red mills breeding pellets in the past both are good products but not cheep.

I keep hearing about bringing your pigeons into breeding condition, whats the best way to do this? Is there any special mixture/supplement to ensure nice big healthy babies?

BRINGING YOUR BIRDS IN TO BREEDING CONDITION USE A LITTLE WHEATGERM OIL MIXED IN THEIR GRUB , BUT REALLY THEY SHOULD BE READY TO GO,,, IF THEVE BEEN SEPERATED AND HAD A GOOD MOULT, BRINGING THE YB,S UP, PLENTY PROTEIN, GRIT AND MINERALS , I USUALLY PUT A COUPLE OF SPOONS OF BABY MILK IN THEIR WATER  :)
