pigeon bird Posted November 30, 2007 Report Posted November 30, 2007 I keep hearing about bringing your pigeons into breeding condition, whats the best way to do this? Is there any special mixture/supplement to ensure nice big healthy babies?

I have also used red mills breeding pellets in the past both are good products but not cheep.

BRINGING YOUR BIRDS IN TO BREEDING CONDITION USE A LITTLE WHEATGERM OIL MIXED IN THEIR GRUB , BUT REALLY THEY SHOULD BE READY TO GO,,, IF THEVE BEEN SEPERATED AND HAD A GOOD MOULT, BRINGING THE YB,S UP, PLENTY PROTEIN, GRIT AND MINERALS , I USUALLY PUT A COUPLE OF SPOONS OF BABY MILK IN THEIR WATER
