If i was to bring in pigeons from other eu contries i need to follow the goverments rules:

opensayme can i just say ive checked and yes he has the paperwork to do it ... he brings thousands over every week .. however id like to say i m new but dont think pigeons carry them diseases !!!!!!!! thanks all the same yeah ???
