RPRA membership

I've forgotten how to renew my RPRA membership!! :

 

Do I send a cheque to the region secretary?  Do I make it out to him or the RPRA?  Do I send the card with my loft number on? How much is it this year for a non club member?   I rang the RPRA and, would you believe it, the lady I spoke to didn't know!  I've tried, unsuccessfully,  to contact the regional secretary  to ask! :-/
