ralph Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 hi pete , if they are four weeks old that means 28 day's put them together whit other weaners after one day they will eat by themself dont worry you just have to see that they will drink but normally this is no problem . regards ralph
Pete M Posted March 28, 2008 Author Report Posted March 28, 2008 Thanks for the tips, I will let you know how it goes on regards Pete
pjc Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 they should be feeding themselves well before 4wks, as has been said put them together on the floor with an open trough of food. If you have any spare hens then put them in there as well, the young will follow but the hens won't feed them. After they have been fed then just dip there beaks in the water to make sure they have drunk. Phil
