having bought birds in sales for stock i now find as i did not transfer  never been out  today i find i bought some one else.s birds  at sad times like this what can you do now me i now have to transfer before i give them away  so stuck with them my own fault but do you trasfer stock birds??????

chris i should imagine if you give a covering note saying you where the source of xyz having these birds the only problem arrises if a] there going to race them b] sell them which if your giving them away is a shitty trick...........pete

if the club organised the sale they should be able to do you a letter to say the fancier had deceased and they had conducted a clearence sale.

well if it was a bereavment sale then the ownership via a ring list should of been obtained before the sale for the purpose of the sale , but as you bought them you must of liked them just contact owners im sure they'll let you keep them if you explain your story.

what giving them away   i bought these in sale  ebbew bridge club  fancier from cwmbran    andclearance sale sme place   and cardiff sale the one has bred some good birds

kenny was an ok guy..i had a lot of his birds after he died.

i was the 1st to have birds from there chris...them reds were beautys...after he died i mean.

i was a m8 of kennys knew all the family and all that, i had 3 red cocks that would grace any loft from there.

and a few pied hens.

the one red cock bred me some great looking y/bs,real deep red they were.

i havent any of them now because i got rid of the lot when i packed in in 2006....fool enough to start up again lol.
