can anyone help got a bird in with my racers never seen a ring like it before 1vsh 08t anyone help from where its from

Robbie ,its a personal ring ,the t usually is the size index, r is roller/tumbler this is two sizes bigger ,is it a tippler ?are there any numbers on wing stamps?, A C Hughes could probably locate the owner ,jim.

no wing stamp the letters i quoted is what is on ring its not a tippler the bird is pure white, i think more like a fantail bird is in tip top condition
